Warming-up is a key time when we prepare the site ready for construction activity to begin. Our
approach considers every facet of the building process. We are realists and know that there are times when difficult
decisions need to be made and only open communication can resolve issues quickly and painlessly for you.
If there is a problem, we will solve it.
We meticulously research, detail and plan the development to identify and highlight potential
issues before they occur - absolutely everything needs to be considered.

Then we start to build your home. You can keep track every step of the way online via The Diagonal
Vault (Secure Intranet), where you'll find information about everything you want to know, from plans to progress. As
the project evolves and questions arise, we'll contact you immediately to discuss options and solutions. And you'll
be invited to the site at key stages so that you remain informed and in control.
Then, when the build is complete, we enter a step in the process that we call Crossing the
Line, when you are presented with the keys and can move in.
